How do I become a Member?

To become a member you must be an architect, builder, designer, remodeler, general contractor, installer, institution or other trade professional. Simply click on the link above for our membership application or call or stop by the nearest Carolina Wholesale Floors showroom. If you would like more information on how you or your company can qualify for membership give us a call.

Is there a fee to become a member of CWF?

No, unlike other wholesalers, Carolina Wholesale Floors offers free membership.

Am I allowed to bring clients in to visit the Showroom?

Yes! If you come in during normal business hours, our staff will be there to assist if needed.

What are the business hours?

Monday - Friday: 8am to 5pm
Saturday: 9am to Noon
Sunday: Closed

Must I always accompany my client?

No. We will give you a supply of Referral Cards which you may give to your clients so they can come into our showroom without you. No appointment is necessary and clients will be provided with expert service from our staff.

How does pricing work?

You always buy at the lowest prices everyday. Carolina Wholesale Floors offers the lowest prices on floor covering. We do our purchasing in large quantities which helps give you greater savings! Feel free to bring your clients in to make their flooring selections. The prices displayed are "suggested retail prices". Your cost and profit remain confidential.

How does ordering and delivering a product work?

The process is very easy. After you have made your selection we provide you with an invoice for your order. After your deposit has been made, we will place the order with the manufacturer. Orders can be made in person, over the phone or through fax.
Orders are usually ready within 5-7 days and are available for pick up. Sometimes we can arrange for the manufacturer to ship directly to the job site. If you need the order sooner a "fast ship" selection may be available.

We have no minimum flooring purchase.

Do you provide installation?

Carolina Wholesale Floors does not contract out or provide direct installation of services. We do, however, provide a list of professional installers in the area to handle every type of flooring installation.
